Inclusive Dreams

Multidisciplinary innovation is complex, especially considering business and disability inclusion.  My research and service prototypes have shown the need for a community space, and a hybrid role with intermediaries “between spaces”  if purpose-driven design innovation is to be successful.

I have been working to develop a community hub to support disability inclusion through design.  This Inclusive DREAMS Space – will design a Research Engagement and Mentor Support Space to build connections and support inclusive design projects.

I ran a pilot project to explore co-designing a network of support for innovators in adaptive fashion and clothing. This led to changing the focus of my consultancy and inviting Judith Cook to be a Co-Director and Jessica Ryan-Ndegwa to be a Non-Executive Director
